THOMAS C. BIXBY is an attorney at Pearson Flory & Bixby LLC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, products liability and auto injury. Mr. Bixby earned his B.A. degree from St. Anselm College and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He is a member of the Windham County, Vermont and American bar associations and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. SUSAN J. FLYNN is an attorney with the Burlington law firm of Clark, Werner & Flynn, P.C. She has been practicing law for 15 years and practices in the areas of labor and employment, insurance defense and coverage issues and civil litigation. Ms. Flynn earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College and her J.D. degree from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Vermont and American bar associations. JOSEPH C. GALANES is a partner with the law firm of Biggam, Fox & Skinner, where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury. He has previously lectured on workers' compensation to the Vermont Bar Association and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Galanes is a member of the Vermont Bar Association (co-chair of Workers' Compensation Committee) and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School.
