CINDY E. HILL is an attorney in Middlebury, Vermont. Her practice areas include environmental law, wills and estates, and business law. Mr. McCormack's primary areas of practice currently include securities law, business law, commercial lending, contract law and public finance. He is admitted to practice in Vermont, Massachusetts and New York. Mr. McCormack previously practiced as an associate attorney with the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he gained significant experience in a wide variety of corporate law matters, with a particular focus on federal securities laws. He earned his B.A. degree from McGill University, his M.B.A. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
