ELAINE BODURTHA is a sole practitioner in Middlebury, Vermont, where she practices primarily in the area of Social Security disability law. Her more than 20 year history in the field includes claimants' representation with two class action law suits, Social Security law clerk in District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and senior attorney with the Office of Hearings and Appeals in Spokane, Washington. After a short career in nursing, Ms. Bodurtha received her B.S. degree, in psychology, and her J.D. degree from the University of Wyoming. She has lectured previously on Social Security issues in conjunction with the Wyoming State Bar and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, the Wyoming State Bar and National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR).

CRAIG A. JARVIS is a partner in the Montpelier law firm of Biggam, Fox & Skinner. Mr. Jarvis practices in the areas of Social Security and workers' compensation. He has lectured and published in the area of Social Security law. Mr. Jarvis is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, and the Vermont Bar Association (member, Workers' Compensation and Disability Law Section). He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School at Boulder.
