STEVEN A. BREDICE is a partner with Powell Orr & Bredice PLC in Williston, where he specializes in personal injury law. Admitted to all state and federal courts in Vermont as well as the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Bredice has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict before juries throughout the state. He has also argued on multiple occasions before both the Vermont Supreme Court and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a board-certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, which is accredited by the American Bar Association. Mr. Bredice graduated, cum laude, from Middlebury College. He earned his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Law Review, as well as a teaching fellow. He is the author of "Media Hybrids and the First Amendment: Constitutional Signposts Along the Information Superhighway," 44 Emory Law Journal 213. Mr. Bredice has also served on the faculty of Burlington College, where he was an associate professor in the department of paralegal studies. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, the American, Vermont and Chittenden County bar associations. DAN SEDON is a partner in the law firm of Sedon & Ericson P.C., in Chelsea. He practices in all areas of criminal law, from grand jury appearances through jury verdict and appeal. In addition, Mr. Sedon represents clients in administrative hearings, professional licensing proceedings and as trial counsel in complex civil actions. He has previously presented on criminal procedures, evidence and trial practice at the Green Mountain Criminal Defense Institute summer seminars, as well as Vermont Law School and Vermont Technical College. Mr. Sedon earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School.
