JESSE D. BUGBEE is a shareholder at Kissane Associates in St. Albans, Vermont, where he has practiced since 1984. He earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of New Mexico, his Master's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Vermont, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School. DANIEL P. RICHARDSON is a partner at Tarrant, Gillies, Merriman, & Richardson, a Montpelier law firm that emphasizes municipal, real estate, land use, and zoning law. Mr. Richardson was previously the trial court law clerk for Chittenden Superior Court for the Hon. Matthew Katz and Hon. Richard Norton. He also is the former editor in chief of the Vermont Law Review. Mr. Richardson earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Ohio Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School. He has served on the Montpelier Design Review Committee, and is presently a member of the Montpelier Development Review Board and Cemetery Commission.
