Ms. Jenkins focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, and assists clients with the planning and preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, durable medical powers of attorney and living wills. She also advises fiduciaries on estate and trust administration, and represents beneficiaries of trusts and estates who desire separate counsel to ensure their interests are protected. RICHARD MAYBERRY is the principal of the Mayberry Law Firm in McLean, Virginia. His areas of expertise include estate planning, estate administration and elder law. In his law practice, Mr. Mayberry assists families with wills; living trusts; powers of attorney; probate; special needs trusts; nursing home related matters, such as financing long-term care; qualification/contesting government benefits; end of life issues; attendant income; and gift and estate tax issues. Ms. Miorini has served as a co-chair of the Wills, Trusts, and Estates Section of the Fairfax Bar Association and was named Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year in 2006 by the Fairfax Bar Association. Additionally, she is a board member of PRS, Inc. (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services). Ms. Miorini is a recurring author of articles about elder law that are published in Fairfax Woman magazine. KIMBERLEY A. MURPHY is a principal with the firm of Hale Carlson Baumgartner, PLC, where she focuses her practice in the areas of estate and trust litigation and administration and civil litigation. She has lectured at and written materials for Fairfax Bar Association seminars for topics on estate and trust litigation, as well as elective share/augmented estates in Virginia. Ms. Murphy earned her B.A. degree from Michigan State University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.
