HON. JONATHAN M. APGAR is a Circuit Court Judge in the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

HON. JOEL C. CUNNINGHAM is a Circuit Court Judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit appointed in 2009 by Governor Timothy M. Kaine.

HON. G. CARTER GREER has been a Circuit Court Judge in the 21st Judicial Circuit of Virginia since 2005.

HON. DAVID A. MELESCO is a Circuit Court Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

MODERATOR - JOHN WEBER III is one of the founding members of WeberPearson, PC. His practice includes federal and state criminal litigation and plaintiff's personal injury. Mr. Weber graduated from Wake Forest University in 1989 and the University of Richmond School of Law in 1992. He began his practice in Danville and moved to Roanoke in 1992. He has been a regular lecturer for National Business Institute and Virginia CLE. Mr. Weber also is an adjunct professor at Liberty University School of Law and teaches Remedies and Children and the Law. He serves as a board member for Answering the Call, a 501(c)(3) organization devoted to reaching people in difficult to reach places and has traveled to Central America, India, China and the Middle-East.
