JAMES R. BECKER is a sole practitioner in Fairfax, Virginia, where he concentrates on prosecuting bodily injury and workers' compensation claims for the claimant. Ms. O'Reilly has lectured to various professional, legal and community groups on her areas of practice. She is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and has been elected to the Council of Advanced Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. O'Reilly is a former adjunct professor of health care law at Suffolk University in Boston, and also taught trusts and estates at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston.
