KENNETH T. BAILEY is an attorney who currently practices in the Richmond, Virginia area. His experience includes defending manufacturers in product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, construction liability and personal injury matters. He is well versed in the area of electronic discovery and the requirements for compliance with various federal and state guidelines related to this ever developing area. GELLER is an attorney with the firm of Bowman and Brooke, LLP, where she is a key team member on many cases involving warranty claims, products liability defense and intellectual property litigations. Ms. Geller has acquired legal experience as a summer law clerk with Bowman and Brooke, LLP, and other law offices in the Richmond area. She applies that experience, in which she researched legal issues and drafted responsive pleadings and motions, to her practice. Ms. Geller is a former Emmy award-winning television journalist. She earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond, The T.C. Williams School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Geller is a member of the Virginia and Richmond bar associations, the Defense Research Institute, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the American Business Women's Association. MICHELLE HARGROVE-BANKS is a paralegal with the firm of Bowman and Brooke, LLP, in the firm's Richmond office. Ms. Hargrove-Banks assists in all phases of case preparation, including discovery and trial. She assists in trial preparation and organization of files, exhibits and trial outlines. In addition, Ms. Hargrove-Banks attends trials nationwide that may extend from two to nine weeks or greater in length. She also performs other duties and special projects and tasks as assigned. She conducts legal and factual research; prepares pleadings, memoranda and briefs, witness lists and exhibits, and trial notebooks; and she coordinates and manages document production, locates and interviews witnesses and experts, organizes pleadings and trial exhibits, assists lawyers at trial, gathers and reviews medical records, and maintains general client contact. Ms. Hargrove-Banks earned her B.A. degree from Virginia Union University. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. HOWARD C. LEE III is a paralegal in the Richmond law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen, P.C. Mr. Lee has been a paralegal for more than 19 years and joined the firm in 1999. His work is focused in the areas of tort and criminal law. He also has been a USAF Reserve paralegal since 1996 and currently holds the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Mr. Lee is a member of the USAF Paralegal Association. He has lectured and written several articles on paralegal utilization and is active in numerous professional organizations. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Applied Studies degree in Paralegal Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond; his Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of the Air Force; and his Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Hampton University.
