April 5 - Virginia Beach BRIAN N. CASEY is a partner with Taylor & Walker P.C., where his practice includes representation of businesses, individuals, insurers and government officials in civil litigation in federal and state courts in the areas of professional liability and malpractice claims, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, civil rights and constitutional claims, defamation, wrongful discharge, harassment and employment claims, construction law and design professional liability, commercial and UCC claims, general personal injury and property damage, lead, asbestos and toxic claims, FELA actions, and domestic relations. MUMFORD JR. is an attorney with Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle, P.C., where he focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. Mr. Mumford has represented insurance companies in complex coverage litigation in numerous state and federal courts, including courts in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
