JOHN M. COOPER is an attorney with Cooper Hurley, PLLC, where he practices in all areas of personal injury for plaintiffs only, including in medical malpractice, Federal Employers' Liability Act (F.E.L.A.), railroad crossing accidents, automobile wrecks, trucking litigation, products liability, nursing home cases and premises liability. Mr. Cooper earned his B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society; and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia. He was law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca Smith, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division. CRANDLEY is a partner in the law firm of Preston, Wilson & Crandley, where he practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Crandley is a member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth and American bar associations, as well as the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. degree from Marshall-Whythe School of Law, College of William & Mary. JOHN B. GAIDIES is a principal in The Joynes & Gaidies Law Group, P.C., in Virginia Beach, where he practices in the area of personal injury law. Mr. Gaidies has practiced law for more than 40 years. He has spent approximately half of his legal career as an insurance defense counsel and the last half as a plaintiff attorney. Mr. Gaidies is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Norfolk & Portsmouth and Virginia bar associations. Ms. Parker practices in the areas of personal injury, elder law, corporate law and criminal defense law.
