ROY V. CREASY JR. is a sole practitioner in Roanoke, where he practices in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy and corporate law. Mr. Quarles has practiced law for 13 years and has an extensive background in litigation. As a state prosecutor in Virginia, he prosecuted thousands of felony and misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses in state court. Mr. Quarles now puts his trial skills to use in civil and commercial litigation matters.
