March 19 - Virginia Beach ROBERT A. RAPAPORT is a senior lawyer with Clarke, Dolph, Rapaport, Hull, Brunick & Garriott, PLC, where his practice focuses on civil litigation and workers' compensation, representing clients throughout Virginia in all state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in workers' compensation and litigation, including mold and toxic torts, and asbestos. His areas of practice have included bankruptcy law, creditor's rights, criminal law and domestic relations. Mr. Cornett has practiced primarily in the area of workers' compensation law since 1995. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Cornett worked at the commonwealth attorney's office for Henrico County. He is licensed to practice before all state courts, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Supreme Court. MICHELE S. LEWANE is an attorney in Richmond, Virginia. She has been representing injured workers against insurance companies since 1990. Ms. Lewane is the lead attorney in workers' compensation matters at Injured Workers' Law Firm, where she limits her practice to workers' compensation. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, she graduated in the top of her class from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.
