ERIC E. CLINGAN is a founding partner with Clingan Tull Easley, PLLC in Fairfax, Virginia. His firm handles a variety of case loads to include criminal/traffic offenses, family law, landlord/tenant and appellate matters. GIBBONS JR. is a sole proprietor of the Fairfax, Virginia law firm, where he practices in the areas of domestic relations and criminal defense as it relates to domestic relations. He has previous lecture experience speaking on custody matters. Mr. Gibbons earned his A.B. degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary. He is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association (chairperson, Legislative Committee), the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. For the last eight years, Mr. Gibbons has served as special counsel to the city of Alexandria, Virginia for the prosecution of cases involving the abuse and neglect of children. TRAVIS D. TULL is a partner of the law firm of Clingan Tull Easley, PLLC, and focuses his practice on criminal defense and family law. Mr. Tull has previously handled complex civil litigation matters involving commercial, real estate, construction, corporate and bankruptcy law. He is admitted to the courts of Virginia, the Federal Court for Eastern District of Virginia and Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Tull earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, his postgraduate degree from the University of Jordan - Language Center and his J.D. degree from James Beasley School of Law at Temple University. He is a member of the Virginia State, Fairfax and American bar associations. MICHAEL A. WARD is principal in the Fairfax law firm of Michael A. Ward, P.C., where he practices in the areas of domestic relations, tax and estate planning. Mr. Ward has lectured for the Virginia State Bar on domestic relations. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia, his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond and his LL.M. degree from George Washington University. Mr. Ward is a member of the Alexandria and Fairfax bar associations, the Family Law and Wills and Estates sections of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
