WILLIAM ALLAN BURNS JR. is an associate at the law firm of Cravens & Noll, P.C., where his practice areas include family law, criminal law, wills, personal injury and general civil litigation. DAVIS is an attorney in the Richmond office of McGuireWoods LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the fields of toxic tort litigation, products liability, premises liability, personal injury defense, medical malpractice, workers' compensation law and wrongful death. She serves as lead counsel in federal and state court actions, and has represented clients with litigation involving allegations of exposure to a variety of chemical and environmental substances, including asbestos, benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, silica and mold. Ms. Davis is an adjunct assistant professor of law at the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, where she teaches trial skills and oral advocacy and is a frequent guest lecturer. She has served as an attorney advisor to the Trial Advocacy Board at the University of Richmond and coaches numerous mock trial and appellate advocacy competition teams. Ms. Davis is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Virginia and American bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the College of William & Mary and her J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law. STEPHANIE E. GRANA represents individuals and families devastated by catastrophic injury or death resulting from medical negligence, products liability and personal injury. She is a founder and shareholder of the law firm of Cantor, Stoneburner, Ford, Grana & Buckner in Richmond, Virginia. Ms. Grana is listed in Best Lawyers in America in medical malpractice law and is AV® rated, Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. In 2008, she was named Top 40 Under 40 by Style Weekly and has been selected by Virginia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the last three years. She is on the Board of Governors for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and is past president of the Metro Richmond Women's Bar Association and the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. American Inn of Court. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Virginia State Bar's 3rd District Disciplinary Committee, and the Richmond and Chesterfield-Colonial Heights bar associations. A leader in her field both in and out of the courtroom, Ms. Grana has lectured and written on various civil litigation topics and is active in numerous professional organizations. She was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Richmond with a B.A. degree in 1990. HOWARD C. LEE III is a paralegal in the Richmond law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen, P.C. Mr. Lee has been a paralegal for more than 18 years and joined the firm in 1999. His work is focused in the areas of tort and criminal law. He has also been a USAF Reserve paralegal since 1996 and currently holds the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Mr. Lee is a member of the USAF Paralegal Association. He earned his Bachelor of Applied Studies in Paralegal Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond, his Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of the Air Force and his Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Hampton University.
