CHRISTOPHER T. ALBERT is an attorney in the Richmond office of Hunton & Williams LLP. Mr. Albert's practice focuses on all aspects of environmental law, with emphasis on regulatory counseling, permitting, project development, transaction due diligence, conservation easements, permitting and regulatory enforcement defense, litigation, and multi-media environmental auditing. He is a Past Chair of the Richmond Bar Association's Environmental Law Section and Member of its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Virginia State Bar and Virginia Bar Association (Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Law and Administrative Law Sections). Mr. Albert earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from Vermont Law School. ROBERT A. BLACKWOOD III is a sole practitioner in Richmond. Mr. Blackwood has been an attorney for more than 35 years and focuses his practice in real estate law. He has previously served in house with two large real estate development companies in Atlanta and Greenville, South Carolina, working with the development of shopping malls, apartments, industrial parks, office buildings, coastal resort communities and new town planned communities. Mr. Blackwood is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. ANN LISA BRAUN is an attorney in the Richmond office of LeClairRyan. Ms. Braun represents owners, developers, and users of commercial real estate in all aspects of a transaction. Her practice focuses on commercial leasing, where she represents landlords and tenants of office, flex, warehouse, and retail space across the country. She has extensive experience as national leasing counsel for Pitney Bowes Inc. and as regional leasing counsel for Brandywine Realty Trust. Ms. Braun also drafts and negotiates retail leases for franchisees of all kinds. She has negotiated more than a thousand leases in her career. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate, Richmond Real Estate Group, and the Virginia Bar Association. Ms. Braun earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Yale University and her J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. ADAM R. NELSON is a director in the Richmond law firm of ThompsonMcMullan Attorneys at Law. Mr. Nelson represents individual and business clients in commercial transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing, sales and purchases of commercial and residential real estate, sales and purchases of businesses and business assets, organization of business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies, commercial lending and creditors' rights. He is a member of the Richmond, Hanover County and Virginia bar associations. Mr. Nelson earned his B.A. degree and M.B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
