TINA C. BABCOCK is the head of the subrogation department at McKenry, Dancigers, Dawson & Lake, P.C. She is licensed to practice before all Virginia state and appellate courts; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit. While serving as outside counsel for United Services Automobile Association (USAA) and State Farm Insurance Companies, Ms. Babcock has gained extensive experience in civil litigation for claims arising from negligence and breach of contract. She also is experienced in domestic relations, estate planning, contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, infant settlements and collections. Ms. Babcock is a previous presenter for National Business Institute. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and Regent University School of Law. DAN BENGSTON is an attorney in the law firm of Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in Norfolk, Virginia. He practices in the areas of collections, regulatory compliance and commercial litigation. Mr. Bengston is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Creditors' Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Asbury College and his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law. Mr. Bengston is the former assistant editor for the Regent Journal of International Law, and co-founder and former vice president of Business Transactions Law Society. STEPHEN A. LEON is an attorney at the law firm of Cooper, Spong & Davis, P.C., where his practice areas include creditors' rights, collections, and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association and Virginia State Bar. Mr. Leon also is a member and past president of the Portsmouth Bar Association. He has previously lectured in his areas of practice for National Business Institute and the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Leon earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. PATRICK J. McKENNA is an attorney with more than 21 years of experience as a litigator. Mr. McKenna has represented banks, mortgage companies, financial service companies and other creditors in the private and public sector through the protection of their interests in bankruptcy and civil litigation. While he has primarily represented creditors in the protection of their rights over the last five years, he has more than 11 years experience in the representation of both individuals and businesses as debtors in bankruptcy. Mr. McKenna also practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, and personal injury. He is a member of Virginia State Bar (Bankruptcy Section) and Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. Mr. McKenna earned his B.A. and B. Mus. degrees, cum laude, from The State University of New York at Potsdam and his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar (member, Bankruptcy Section) and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association.
