June 27 - St George LYLE R. DRAKE is of counsel with Durham, Jones & Pinegar, where his main area of practice is estate planning and probate. He is a member of the firm's tax and estate planning section. Mr. Drake has previously spoken to professional groups on estate and tax planning. He is a member of the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Utah and before all state and federal courts in Utah. Mr. Drake was named as one of "Utah's Legal Elite" in Utah Business magazine. He earned his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School. JEFFREY J. MCKENNA is a founding member of Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C., where his primary areas of practice are estate planning, estate administration, will contests, and asset protection. Mr. McKenna is one of the few attorneys in the region licensed to practice law in Utah, Nevada and Arizona. He is the past president of the Southern Utah Estate Planning Counsel and instrumental in organizing the Southern Utah Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society of which he served as the first president of the Southern Utah Chapter.
