STUART W. HINCKLEY is a sole practitioner who represents and counsels businesses and executives. He has more than 26 years of legal experience, practicing in both Utah and Nevada. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Utah State Bar, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, his J.D. degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, and his LL.M. degree from New York University. LANGDON T. OWEN JR. is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City law firm of Parsons, Kinghorn & Harris, P.C. Mr. Owen practices in the areas of corporate law, limited liability company, partnership, business structure and finance, commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning, taxation law, and health care law. He is a frequent speaker to professional groups on topics regarding taxation, estate planning and business, and health law. Mr. Owen has been practicing law since 1977. CINDY M. SADLER is an attorney in Salt Lake City, Utah, where her main areas of practice are wills, trust law and probate. After working in a downtown law firm, Ms. Sadler established her solo practice in 1987. She has always focused on estate planning and probate. Ms. Sadler is a member of the Utah State Bar (Estate Planning Section) and Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law. GREGG D. STEPHENSON is a shareholder with Ray Quinney & Nebeker P.C., where his practice focuses on estate planning for executives, professionals and high-net worth individuals and families with an emphasis on structuring estate plans and transactions to achieve clients' goals in a tax efficient manner. He works regularly on resolving estate tax, gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax and income tax issues. Mr. Stephenson's tax practice also encompasses tax planning for business transactions. He also provides probate and trust administration services. In assisting his clients, Mr. Stephenson regularly prepares new trusts and wills and updates existing estate planning documents.
