ALBERT W. GRAY is a shareholder in the law firm of Smith & Glauser where he focuses his practice in the area of personal injury law, handling both plaintiff and defense cases. RYAN M. SPRINGER is an attorney with G. Eric Nielson & Associates in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He graduated with honors from the University of Utah and received his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University.
