JARED G. ANDERSEN is a member of Kirton & McConkie, PC's Corporate and Tax Section. His practice focuses on federal income tax, international tax, charitable and exempt organizations, estate planning and probate, tax controversy, and ERISA and general employee benefit work. Mr. Andersen earned his B.A. degree from Utah State University, his MACC degree from Utah State University, his J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law and his LL.M. degree from New York University. He is admitted to practice in Utah and Texas, and is a member of the Utah State Bar (Tax and Estate Planning Section), American Bar Association and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. MARNEY E. DeVROOM is a founding partner with Reliance GC, P.C., a team of attorneys with in-house experience who provide general counsel services on an as-needed basis to medium and small businesses and corporate legal departments. She earned her B.S. degree from McGill University in Montreal and her J.D. degree from Brigham Young University. Ms. DeVroom has served as in-house counsel for Exxon, Shell Oil Company, The Irvine Company and was assistant general counsel for 11 years for Teledyne, Inc. She is a member of the Utah State Bar, the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas. EARL D. TANNER JR. is of counsel with Tanner & Tanner, where his main areas of practice are taxation law, estate planning, business law, and mining and construction litigation. Mr. Tanner is a member of the American Bar Association, Utah State Bar (chairman of the Tax section from 1964 to 1965) and founding trustee and president of the Utah Bar Foundation. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Utah.
