ALAN C. BRADSHAW is a partner with the Salt Lake City law firm of Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, LLC, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation and represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Bradshaw has lectured to various professional groups on insurance coverage. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Utah.

PAUL C. FARR is a partner with the Salt Lake City law firm of Morgan, Minnock, Rice & James, L.C., where he focuses his practice in the area of insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Farr is admitted to practice in Utah state and federal courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves as a judge pro tem, and also as a member of the Utah State Bar's Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee. Mr. Farr also is an adjunct professor in the Utah Career College's legal studies program, teaching courses on legal ethics, litigation and introductory legal courses. He has given numerous lectures before attorneys, insurance adjusters, claim handlers and others on insurance, litigation and construction law matters. Mr. Farr is a member of the Utah Defense Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree in criminal justice, with honors, from Weber State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Brigham Young University.

RICHARD A. VAZQUEZ is a defense attorney with the law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau where he practices in the areas of insurance litigation, insurance coverage analysis, personal injury defense, liability defense and product liability. In his insurance practice he represents both insurance carriers and insureds in first and third party coverage disputes. Mr. Vazquez has successfully obtained dismissal of claims alleging breach of duties to defend and indemnify, as well as breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. He has previously presented on insurance litigation issues, and has been named to Utah Business Magazine's 2010 Utah Legal Elite for Insurance Law, and has been named as a 2010 Rising Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers Magazine in the area of Insurance Coverage. Mr. Vazquez earned his B.A. degree from the University of Utah and J.D. degree from New York University. He is a member of the Utah State Bar, the Utah Defense Lawyers Association, the Utah Minority Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
