CARRIE BOREN is an attorney with Cannon & Match, P.C., where her practice is concentrated in social security disability. Ms. Boren is a member of the Women Lawyers of Utah Marketing and Advertising Committee, "Special Projects Committee and Community Outreach Committee.” She also was an extern for the U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Nevada. Ms. Farnsworth is a certified mediator and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives and the president-elect of the Woman Lawyers of Utah. Reuben Clark School of Law. She has been voted one of Utah's legal Elite for health law, as listed in Utah Business Magazine, 2010. BENJAMIN JOHNSTON is an attorney with Cannon & Match, P.C., where he practices in social security disability. Mr. Johnston was past president with the Disability Law Pro Bono Project. He also presented "Social Security Disability Issues Relating to Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy" to the Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy Support Group in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Mr. Johnston earned his B.S. degree from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree from the Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law, Arizona State University. MARVA L. MATCH is an attorney with the law firm of Cannon & Match, P.C., and has practiced in the area of social security law since 1995. Ms. Match serves as a hearing officer for the Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission and as a Judge Pro Tempore for the 3rd District Court. She is a member of the National Organization of Claimants' Representatives and a member of the Utah Association for Justice Social Security Division. Ms. Match earned her B.S. degree from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.
