ARIANE H. DANSIE is an attorney with the law firm Durham Jones & Pinegar, PC. Her main areas of focus are advising clients on estate planning matters, including asset protection, charitable giving, and business succession. Ms. Dansie also assists individuals and closely held businesses on entity formation and tax matters. She has lectured on estate planning topics, such as asset protection planning for medical professionals and effective integration of retirement and estate planning. Ms. Dansie is admitted to practice in Utah and all the federal courts in Utah. She earned her B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S. J. Quinney College of Law. GREGG D. STEPHENSON is a shareholder with Ray Quinney & Nebeker P.C., where his practice focuses on estate planning for executives, professionals and high-net worth individuals and families with an emphasis on structuring estate plans and transactions to achieve clients' goals in a tax efficient manner. He works regularly on resolving estate tax, gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax and income tax issues. Mr. Stephenson's tax practice also encompasses tax planning for business transactions. He also provides probate and trust administration services. In assisting his clients, Mr. Stephenson regularly prepares new trusts and wills and updates existing estate planning documents. He also has experience preparing irrevocable life insurance trusts and charitable trusts. Mr. Stephenson also represents clients in probate proceedings and assists clients in the administration of trusts. He has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers-Rising Stars in the category of estate planning and probate law. Mr. Stephenson earned his B.A. degree from Weber State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. ROBERT S. TIPPETT is of counsel at Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere in Salt Lake City. His practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, estate and gift taxation, probate and conservatorships. He holds a B.A. degree from Yale University and a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan. Mr. Tippett teaches the Wills & Estates Course as an adjunct professor at BYU Law School, and is the author of The Utah Law of Trusts & Estates, an online legal reference treatise available at www.utahtrustsandestates.com.
