JARED G. ANDERSEN is a member of Kirton & McConkie, PC's Corporate and Tax Section. His practice focuses on federal income tax, international tax, charitable and exempt organizations, estate planning and probate, tax controversy, and ERISA and general employee benefit work. Mr. Andersen earned his B.A. degree from Utah State University, his MACC degree from Utah State University, his J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S.J. He is admitted to practice in Utah and Texas, and is a member of the Utah State Bar (Tax and Estate Planning Section), American Bar Association and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. RANDY M. LISH is a sole practitioner in Provo, Utah, where he practices in the areas of trusts and estates, asset protection and probate. He is a former adjunct professor at Utah Valley State College and is a previous lecturer for National Business Institute. Mr. Lish earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Utah State Bar and the Central Utah Bar Association. MATTHEW S. WIESE is a shareholder and director at the law firm of Clyde Snow & Sessions, PC. Mr. Wiese's practice focuses on probate and estate administration, estate planning, business law and tax. Mr. Wiese earned his B.A. degree from the University of Utah, his J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. He is admitted to the bars of Utah, Idaho and Nevada. Mr. Wiese is a member of the Utah State Bar and American Bar Association (Taxation, Business Law and Trust and Estate Law Sections). GREGORY C. ZAUGG is an attorney with Callister Nebeker & McCullough where his areas of practice include tax and estate planning, asset protection planning, business planning, probate and non-profit/tax exempt organizations. This includes the creation of wills, trusts, business entities, asset protection strategies and charitable organizations. He received his B.S. degree in business economics from Weber State University and his J.D. degree from Creighton University. Mr. Zaugg is a member of the Utah Sate Bar Association (Estate Planning Section and Tax Section) and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.
