TROY J. ARAMBURU is a shareholder with the Salt Lake City office of Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, PC, a full service law firm with offices in Salt Lake City, Park City and St. George, Utah; and Naperville, Illinois. Mr. Aramburu concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including issues surrounding creditors' rights, workouts, reorganizations and liquidations. He has represented a number of creditors in large Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases around the country, and also has represented Chapter 11 debtors in Utah, Georgia and Delaware. Mr. Aramburu is a member of the Utah State Bar, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Weber State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, where he served as article solicitor for the Brigham Young University Journal of Public Law. MARK T. ETHINGTON is a sole practitioner in South Jordan with Mark T. Ethington, P.C. Mr. Ethington concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, collection law, criminal trial practice and personal injury. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University. Mr. Ethington is a member of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Utah State Bar, the Utah Association for Justice, the Federal Bar and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. SHAWN FARRIS is a partner with Farris & Utley, PC, where he practices mainly in the area of civil litigation in both the federal and state courts. He represents a variety of corporate and individual clients in countries such as Denmark, Japan, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Germany. Mr. Farris is an instructor for the Utah Administrative Office of the Courts, where he teaches training courses attended by judges in the Justice Court. He also has been a guest lecturer at China's Nanjing School of Law, presenting seminars on American law. Mr. Farris has served as both president and a member of the board of directors for the Southern Utah Bar Association. He served seven years as a Judge Pro Tempore in the 5th District Court of Utah. Mr. Farris earned his B.S. degree at Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School.
