December 9 - Mobile CULLAN B. DUKE is in-house counsel at The Guarantee Title Company, LLC, with offices in both Mobile and Daphne. Mr. Duke is a member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. In addition to his normal in-house counsel duties, trouble shooting title issues and problematic closings, he has personally performed hundreds of title examinations and handled innumerable real estate transactions, ranging from residential refinances to multi-state, multi-million dollar commercial sales. LYON JR. is a member of the firm of McFadden, Lyon & Rouse, L.L.C., in Mobile, where he practices in the areas of real estate development, zoning, condemnation (for the landowner), and civil and commercial litigation. December 10 - Montgomery ROBIN KELLEY practices with Kelley Law Firm, LLC in Auburn, where he focuses in civil litigation, zoning and land use, collections, real estate, family law, wills, corporate law and business law. Mr. Kelley conducts extensive research in the areas of municipal financial distress and municipal bankruptcy. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia, and before the Middle District of Alabama.
