CULLAN B. DUKE is in-house counsel at The Guarantee Title Company, LLC, with offices in both Mobile and Daphne. Mr. Duke is a member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. In addition to his normal in-house counsel duties, trouble shooting title issues and problematic closings, he has personally performed hundreds of title examinations and handled innumerable real estate transactions, ranging from residential refinances to multi-state, multi-million dollar commercial sales. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama.

WILLIAM M. LYON JR. is a member of the firm of McFadden, Lyon & Rouse, L.L.C., in Mobile, where he practices in the areas of real estate development, zoning, condemnation (for the landowner), and civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Lyon is a member of the Mobile, Federal and American bar associations, the Alabama State Bar (Oil and Gas, Real Property and Probate sections), and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Alabama, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Lyon has lectured on various real estate and eminent domain/condemnation topics.
