AUDREY BLAIR is an attorney and joined Noelke English Maples St. Leger Blair, LLP, after five years of solo practice. With her background in family law and family law litigation, she brings broad family issues resolution knowledge, and in particular, knowledge in family violence to her clients. Ms. Blair also recently became board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. After graduating from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts with a double major in Spanish and history, Ms. Blair went to Texas for law school at Baylor. Having established many relationships in Texas convinced her to practice law there. Following a very rewarding time with the Women's Advocacy Project Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to representing victims of domestic violence, she developed her own thriving law practice. JUDITH BRYANT is an attorney with Noelke English Maples St. Leger Blair, LLP. Ms. Bryant has experience with complex property and business issues. Her practice areas include child custody and parenting plans, litigated divorce, and complicated estates. Ms. Bryant earned her B.A. degree from the University of Texas and her J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law. She is licensed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Bryant practices mostly in Travis, Williamson and Hays counties. GAYE THOMPSON is a partner with the Austin law firm of Thompson & Tiemann LLP, where she practices elder law, with an emphasis in Medicaid and VA benefits, estate planning, probate, and wills and trusts. She is an accredited VA attorney, having been given the authority to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veterans before the VA. Ms. Thompson earned her B.A. degree from Southwestern University and her J.D. degree from St. Mary's School of Law. She has served as a criminal prosecutor and is a member of the Austin Bar Association (past chair, Probate and Estate Section), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (Texas chapter, past president), a member and fellow of the State Bar College, past president of the Board of Directors of Family Eldercare, and current member of the President's Counsel of Family Eldercare. Ms. Thompson has written and spoken on topics for the State Bar's advanced elder law and advanced guardianship seminars. BRIAN K. WALKER is an attorney with Walker Kelly PLLC. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Walker has worked as an adjunct government professor at Panola College in Northeast Texas. He has also taught criminal procedure for the Northeast Texas Association of Paralegals and been involved in various philanthropic and political endeavors. Mr. Walker is admitted to practice for the State Bar of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern districts of Texas, and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Texas State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Walker is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Military Law Section) and the Tarrant County Bar Association (Current Chairman, Veterans Committee). STEPHEN B. WHITE is a judge advocate in the Naval Reserves. His Naval Reserve assignments include having been the Commanding Officer; Naval Reserve Legal Service Office Europe/Southwest Asia; and the Staff Judge Advocate, Naval Reserved Readiness Command South. Captain White served on active duty from 1984 to 1988 as a Staff Judge Advocate at Naval Base, Philippines, and again from 1989 to 1990 after being recalled to active service during Desert Storm, where he served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the Commander, Naval Forces, Philippines. In civilian practice, Captain White is an Assistant General Counsel at the Texas Lottery Commission. Previous civilian positions have included Chief of Litigation at the Texas Medical Board and Chief of Litigation at the Texas Workers Compensation Commission. Mr. White is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and St. Mary's School of Law.
