KENNETH R. BAIRD is a shareholder with Brown Sims, P.C., where his areas of expertise include defense of personal injury and wrongful death, Jones Act, maritime litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Mr. Baird received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in economics, from Texas Christian University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Baird has done presentations on ethical issues related to compliance with Medicare Statues. MICHAEL A. FISHER is a partner in the law firm of Dyment & Fisher. Mr. Fisher has been licensed for more than 24 years. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for more than 15 years. He has tried scores of cases on both sides of the docket. He graduated from Slippery Rock State College in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania in 1980. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1986. JOHN P. VENZKE is a partner in The Venzke Law Firm, where he has practiced for more than 37 years in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, mass torts, class actions and negligence actions. He has been board-certified continually since 1983 in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Venzke has lectured to various professional groups on premises liability, personal injury and trial issues. He also is an advocate for the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Venzke earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston.
