DAVID L. BARRON is a partner at the law firm of Cozen O'Connor, where he represents management exclusively in labor and employment matters across the country. DEFFEBACH is a partner in the labor and employment practice group of Haynes and Boone, LLP. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a labor and employment law specialist. Mr. Deffebach heads the OSHA group of attorneys at Haynes and Boone, which is national OSHA counsel for a Fortune 100 retailer. CARMEN CAVAZOS PRATT is a founding member of The Pratt Law Firm, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on labor and employment law.
