ERIC D. BEAL is board certified in family law and has more than 21 years of family law experience. Prior to law school, he served for four years as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was both a Legal Officer and Artillery Officer. Currently, he leads the Beal Law Firm, a divorce and family law firm with offices in Southlake, Fort Worth, and Dallas,Texas, which provides representation throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and elsewhere in the state. Early in his career, Mr. Beal worked at the largest law firm in Dallas, having graduated as the highest ranking student (cum laude) from the Baylor School of Law. While in the Marine Corps, he graduated with honors from the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course and finished first in his class with an all-time record score in the Military Justice Legal Officer's Course. ANITA K. CUTRER is a partner in the Bedford law firm of Hoppes & Cutrer. She has limited her practice to family law since 1993. She is a member of the Collaborative Lawyers of Tarrant County and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, and is a fellow of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation. Ms. Cutrer has served as a member and past president of the Tarrant County Women's Bar Association and past president of the Northeast Bar Association. She earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Houston and her J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law. JENNIFER S. HARGRAVE is a senior associate with the law firm of Verner & Brumley, P.C. She has used her background in the financial services industry, combined with her negotiation skills and knowledge of family law, to help families transition through the divorce process. Her practice includes trial and litigation matters, as well as collaborative law. Ms. Hargrave's forte is applying creative solutions to a vast terrain of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, post-divorce modifications and adoption. She has twice been recognized by her peers as being one of the best family law attorneys in Dallas, as published by D Magazine in 2007 and 2008, and was selected as a Rising Star by Texas Monthly magazine in 2009 & 2010. Ms. Hargrave is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. CARIE MACK is the founding member of The Mack Law Office, PLLC, in Allen, Texas, where her practice is limited exclusively to family law, including divorce, custody modification, child support issues, paternity issues, adoption, and premarital and postmarital agreements. Ms. Mack has extensive experience with trial and litigation matters, as well as collaborative law. She also is a mediator, having completed both basic mediation training and family law mediation training. Ms. Mack is a member of the Board of Directors for the Collin County Bar Association, current chair of the ADR section, and past chair of the Family Law section. She is also a member of the College of the Sate Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, is a fellow of the Texas College of Collaborative Law, and is the current chair of the Collaborative Law Alliance of Collin County. Ms. Mack was selected by her peers to be included in the Texas Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Edition for 2011. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
