CARLA W. EARWOOD is a partner with Krause Earwood & Ward, PC. Ms. Earwood has practiced in the Dallas area since 1992 and has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants across Texas and the United States since 1992. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Ms. Earwood is licensed to practice in the Northern, Eastern and Southern Federal districts of Texas. She graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and from Texas Tech University School of Law. Ms. Earwood received the American Jurisprudence Award in Wills and Trusts in 1991. STUART PASTOR is an attorney in Plano and Austin, Texas. Mr. Pastor's main area of practice is Social Security Disability. He taught "Cross Examination of the Medical Expert" for the Dallas Association of Social Security Claimants Attorneys in 2001. Mr. Pastor is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, State Bar of Texas and is past president of the Dallas Association of Social Security Claimants Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law. RICHARD L. RAY is the senior partner in the law offices of Ray & Thatcher Attorneys at Law P.C. Mr. Ray began to practice law after he graduated from SMU Law School in 1974. He earned his B.A. degree from Texas A.& M. Mr. Ray has developed a broad civil trial practice, which emphasizes social security disability representation, personal injury litigation, business, contract and civil litigation as well as estate/will contest litigation. He has participated in excess of 3,000 Social Security hearings covering Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and more than 500 Social Security cases in federal court, including the 5th Circuit, Northern District and Eastern District of Texas, earning millions of dollars for his clients. Mr. Ray has been a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers and the American Judicature Association. He is a member of the Dallas County and Van Zandt County bar associations, NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives) and the Social Security Disability Section of the American Justice Association. CAREY W. THOMPSON is with the law firm of Coats and Todd, P.C. in Richardson, Texas where he practices primarily in the area of Social Security Disability. Besides disability law, Mr. Thompson also practices in the areas of bankruptcy and probate. He also volunteers on an ongoing basis at the North Side Legal Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Thompson earned his Bachelors of Music degree in music education from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and in the Federal District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
