LEE CRAIG is a sole practitioner in Richardson, Texas, where she concentrates in trusts and estates, elder law, Medicaid planning, contracts, wills, probate, business law, estate planning, and guardianship. Ms. Craig has lectured to professionals and civic organizations on elder law, Medicaid eligibility, asset protection and estate planning for elders. She was on the District I State Bar Grievance Committee for five years. Ms. Craig earned her B.F.A. degree from North Texas State University and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Property, Wills, Trusts and Probate sections) and the College of the State Bar of Texas. EVALEEN M. DAVIS is an attorney in Plano, Texas. She is board certified in estate planning and probate, and has more than 27 years of experience in the field. Ms. Davis also specializes in non-profit compliance and considers offering her assistance on a pro-bono basis in appropriate situations. She has previously lectured on claims procedures in probate and is a frequent lecturer at the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System pre-retirement programs. Ms. Davis also is a previous presenter at seminars for National Business Institute. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her J.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Ms. Davis is a member of the Board of Directors for the Plano Bar Association and the Estate Planning Section of the Collin County Bar Association. She also is on the Board of Directors at the Collin County Adult Clinic. DON D. FORD III is the managing partner in the law firm of Ford & Mathiason LLP, and is board certified in estate planning and probate. Mr. Ford has lectured to various professional groups on estate planning, probate and guardianships topics and practices exclusively in these areas. He earned both his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Baylor University. Mr. Ford was appointed by the chief justice of the Texas Supreme Court to serve on the Texas Guardianship Certification Board, where he chairs the Rules Committee. Mr. Ford also serves on the editorial board of The Houston Lawyer magazine and the Board of Trustees for the Houston Lawyer Referral Service. He is a member of the Probate, Trusts and Estates sections of both the Houston and Dallas bar associations.
