ERIC D. BEAL is the senior partner of the Beal Law Firm, with offices in Fort Worth and Southlake. He has limited his practice to family law since 1990. Mr. Beal is a member of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Texas, and the Northeast Tarrant County and Tarrant County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree at Baylor University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, with highest honors, at Baylor University School of Law. RHONDA CLEAVES is an attorney with Cleaves Law Firm PLLC. Ms. Cleaves began practicing law in 1995. For ten years she established herself as a highly successful and experienced litigator in multi-million dollar toxic tort cases. After a successful period in toxic tort litigation, Ms. Cleaves decided to return to family law and children's rights. She understands the challenges families face transitioning from one way of life to the next in the midst of divorce and has seen in her practice the difficulties families face. Children ensure that parents will always be a part of one another's lives in some way - they will continue to share graduations, weddings and the birth of grandchildren. Enabling divorcing parents to move to that next chapter in their lives is something Ms. Cleaves sees as integral to her role in representing her clients. Ms. Cleaves graduated, summa cum laude, from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in history, psychology and communications. She earned her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She also spent a year studying international law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City. Ms. Cleaves was selected as a 2009 Texas Rising Star among family law attorneys by Texas Monthly magazine. ANITA K. CUTRER is a partner in the Bedford law firm of Hoppes & Cutrer. She has limited her practice to family law since 1993. Ms. Cutrer is a member of the Collaborative Lawyers of Tarrant County and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, and she is a fellow of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation. Ms. Cutrer has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tarrant County Women's Bar Association since 2004. She earned her B.B.A. degree at the University of Houston and her J.D. degree at South Texas College of Law. JENNIFER S. HARGRAVE is a senior associate with the law firm of Verner & Brumley, P.C. Ms. Hargrave has used her background in the financial services industry, combined with her negotiation skills and knowledge of family law, to help families transition through the divorce process. Ms. Hargrave’s practice includes trial and litigation matters, as well as collaborative law. Her forte is applying creative solutions to a vast terrain of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, post-divorce modifications and adoption. Ms. Hargrave has twice been recognized by her peers as being one of the best family law attorneys in Dallas, as published by D Magazine in 2007 and 2008, and was selected as a Rising Star by Texas Monthly magazine in 2009 & 2010. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. CARIE MACK is the founding member of The Mack Law Office, PLLC, in Allen, Texas. Ms. Mack's practice is limited exclusively to family law, including divorce, custody modification, child support issues, paternity issues, adoption, and premarital and postmarital agreements. Ms. Mack has extensive experience with trial and litigation matters as well as collaborative law. She also is a mediator, having completed both basic mediation training and family law mediation training. Ms. Mack is a member of the board of directors for the Collin County Bar Association, current chair of the ADR section, and past chair of the Family Law section. She is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, is a fellow of the Texas College of Collaborative Law, and is the current chair of the Collaborative Law Alliance of Collin County. She was selected by her peers to be included in the Texas Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Edition for 2011. Ms. Mack earned her B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
