CHAD BERRY is an attorney with the law firm of Adams, Lynch & Loftin, P.C., where his litigation practice includes both plaintiff and defense representation in a variety of areas including, collections and repossessions, commercial lending, commercial leasing, construction litigation, secured transactions, general business litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Berry's bankruptcy practice focuses solely on creditor representation. He has lectured previously for National Business Institute at various educational seminars. Mr. Berry is admitted to practice in Texas, before all the U.S. District courts in Texas, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. District Court of Colorado. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Berry earned his B.A. degree from Abilene Christian University and his J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. JAMES F. BOYLE is a partner in the law firm of Hagle & Boyle, P.C., in Grand Prairie, Texas. Mr. Boyle practices in the areas of banks and banking, collections and commercial law. He has been practicing law for close to 25 years. Mr. Boyle earned his B.A. degree from the University of Texas and J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University. JAMES J.S. JOHNSON is a Texas lawyer, practicing solo in Dallas, Texas, where he also practices non-profit law as a special counsel. His main areas of practice include education law, contracts, exempt property issues, debtor-creditor/bankruptcy law, and civil rights law. Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice in the states of Texas and Colorado. Mr. Johnson earned his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an independent hearing examiner certified by the Texas Education Agency, and a paternity establishment entity certified by the Texas Attorney General's office. Mr. Johnson also teaches as an adjunct at three Texas colleges. He also writes and teaches political history on cruise ships. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Texas Bar Association.
