PAMELA J. CHAMBERS is owner of Lex Terrae Medico- Legal Research, Consulting, and Services, PLLC, a research firm for consumers, health and legal professionals that specializes in document preparation and presentations exploring medical and legal issues. She is an instructor of legal nurse consulting at Kaplan University, and adjunct faculty at the Asmara College of Health Sciences, School of Nursing, program of nurse anesthesia. Ms. Chambers is a member of the American and Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She earned her B.S.N. degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson, her M.S.N. degree from the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center, and her E.J.D. degree from Concord Law School, Kaplan University.

ROBERT L. GREENING is the principal partner of Greening Law, P.C. in Dallas, Texas, where he specializes in plaintiff's personal injury litigation and business litigation. He is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Greening is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars and is a past adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Southern Methodist University School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Greening has degrees in business administration and Spanish from Southern Methodist University and his J. D. degree from the University of Houston. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was voted a "Super Lawyer" in Texas Monthly magazine in 2005 and 2006.

GLORIA J. KOLOGINCZAK is an attorney with the law firm of Payte & Kologinczak, P.C. and operations administrator of Premier-Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Bar Association of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Kologinczak earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and her J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law.

JOHN D. MALANGA is an attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, where his main area of practice is insurance defense. He is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is A-V rated in the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. Mr. Malanga has spoken for various professional groups on issues relating to insurance law. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Malanga is a member of the Tarrant County and the American bar associations and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Malanga operates the Malanga Law Firm in Fort Worth.

J. GREG MARKS currently practices personal injury trial law in the Law Offices of Frank L. Branson, P.C. He is board-certified in personal injury trial law and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Marks is a director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. In 2007, he was chosen as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer. Mr. Marks earned his B.S. degree from Texas A & M University and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University.
