SHANNON D. ELSEA is an attorney with the Memphis law firm of Gatti Keltner Bienvenu & Montesi, PLC. Mr. Elsea practices in the areas of automobile accident litigation and workers' compensation, exclusively in plaintiff's work. He has taught classes on workers' compensation and has spoken previously before attorneys and paralegals on his area of practice. Mr. Elsea's memberships include the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He received his B.A. degree in history, cum laude, from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. STEPHEN F. LIBBY is a partner with Libby & Nahmias, where he manages the firm with an emphasis on workers' compensation, personal injury, construction, commercial litigation and family law. Mr. Libby is a graduate of the University of Memphis and earned his J.D. degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School at Law at the University of Memphis. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Foundation. He also is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. KEVIN WASHBURN is an attorney with Allen, Summers, Simpson, Lillie & Gresham, PLLC. Mr. Washburn's legal career has been devoted to the representation of employers in employment related matters. He represents national and international clients in all areas of employment law, with emphasis in the Fair Labor Standards Act (wage and hour), Family Medical Leave Act, workers' compensation defense, Title VII claims defense, and affirmative action compliance matters to include corporate representation during Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) audits and Affirmative Action Plan drafting. Mr. Washburn has successfully represented corporate clients in courts across the state of Tennessee to include the Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Supreme Court Special Workers' Compensation Panel, as well as the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. He has also successfully represented corporate clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Mr. Washburn also drafts and revises employee handbooks and personnel policies, and assists corporate clients in compliance issues involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) WARN Act, and other federal and state labor laws. He has written several programs for use at various continuing legal education seminars and corporate conventions and has been published by the Club Managers Association of America. Mr. Washburn earned his B.S. degree from the University of North Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law. He is a member of the American (member, Labor and Employment Law Section), Tennessee and Memphis bar associations.
