KENNETH L. CAMPBELL is a partner in the Nashville law firm of Baker, Campbell & Parsons, where he practices in real estate law, real estate development and tax. Mr. Campbell was an adjunct professor in business law at the Massey Graduate School of Business for ten years. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Vanderbilt University, and his M.B.A. degree from the Massey Graduate School of Business. Mr. Campbell is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American bar associations. CATHERINE H. GWYN is an associate with Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC who has practiced in the area of real estate law since 1987. She has represented lenders, businesses and individuals in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Gwyn's practice involves residential sale and loan closings, commercial sale and loan closings, construction and development loans, solving complicated title issues, foreclosures, and other matters pertaining to real estate. She earned her B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. degree from Nashville School of Law. Ms. Gwyn is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee bar associations. MARY BETH HAGAN joined Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan, PLLC as an associate in January of 2008, and by January of 2010, had proven herself so valuable to the firm that she was invited to become a member. She is a native of Fairview, Tennessee, and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and the University Of Tennessee College Of Law, where she was executive research editor of the Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ms. Hagan's practice is devoted primarily to construction litigation, though she also represents clients in the firm's business practice, probate practice and in general civil litigation. CHRISTOPHER J. RAYBECK is a member of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC. Mr. Raybeck concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate transactions; general business matters, including business organization formation and governance and acquisitions and dispositions; and alcoholic beverage licensing and regulatory compliance. He represents financial institutions and borrowers in loan transactions involving all forms of collateral, with particular emphasis on real-estate-backed loans. Mr. Raybeck has extensive experience with the sale, acquisition and development of commercial property, including office buildings and retail centers. He also represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases for a wide range of uses. Mr. Raybeck advises business organizations with formation and governance matters, and with acquisitions and dispositions through mergers, stock or ownership purchases and sales, and asset purchases and sales. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Raybeck is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee bar associations, and the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic Advisory Board.
