J. STEVEN ANDERSON is the owner of the J. Steven Anderson Law Firm, PLLC, where he practices in the area of family law. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee bar associations. He is the past co-chairman of the Memphis Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Anderson was appointed to serve as a member of the Enhanced Child Support Enforcement Committee for the Tennessee Department of Human Services. He has been honored by being chosen as a fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation. He is frequently invited to present seminars to attorneys and other professional groups on family law issues. Mr. Anderson has written and lectured on numerous family law topics, including Complex Divorce Litigation, Child Custody and Support, Prenuptial Agreements, Parental Relocation, and The Effect of Divorce on Existing Estate Plans. He has received general mediation training and specialized training for Family Law issues. Mr. Anderson earned his B.A. degree from Lambuth College and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis. STUART BREAKSTONE is the owner of Breakstone & Associates in Memphis, where he practices in family law and general litigation. Mr. Breakstone has presented more than 20 seminars on family law and general litigation. He earned his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Memphis State University, and his J.D. degree from Memphis State University Cecil C. Humphrey School of Law. Mr. Breakstone is a member of the Memphis (member, Family Law Section), Tennessee (member, Family Law Section) and American (member, Family Law Section) bar associations. JAMI K. FERRELL practices law in Germantown, where he helps clients who are going through some of the most difficult times in their lives, divorce and personal injury. In addition to his work in the divorce and injury field, Mr. Ferrell also is actively involved in helping new attorneys and those who are starting their own law practice to better understand the aspects of business that lawyers are not taught in the classroom or courtroom. He earned his B.A. degree from Mississippi State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Mr. Ferrell is licensed in both Tennessee and Mississippi and is a member of Tennessee, Mississippi, Memphis, and American bar associations, as well as the Tennessee and American Association for Justice. LESLIE GATTAS COLEMAN is a partner with Pounders Coleman, where her main area of practice is family law. She is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Tennessee Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division) and Arkansas Bar Association. Upon graduation, Ms. Coleman served as a law clerk to the Honorable D. J. Alissandratos of the Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis. She is a member of the Board of Directors, as well as secretary/treasurer, vice-president and president of the Young Lawyers' Division and chair of the Public Service Committee. Ms. Coleman is a member of the Association of Women Attorneys, having served as recording secretary. She also has served as an associate member in the American Inn of Court, Leo Bearman, Sr. Chapter, and is presently a Barrister member in the American Inn of Court. Ms. Coleman is the 1998 recipient of the Midsouth Women in Business Award, the 2004 recipient of "One of the Fifty Women Who Make A Difference" award presented by Women's Magazine and the 2004 recipient of the Sam A. Myar, Jr. Memorial Award presented by the Memphis Bar Association for outstanding service to the legal profession and the community, and a 2005 recipient of the "Top 40 Under 40" Award presented by the Memphis Business Journal. She was recently inducted as a fellow in the Memphis Bar Foundation. Ms. earned her B.S. degree from Louisiana State University in and her J.D. degree from Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law, University of Memphis. SUSAN MACKENZIE is an experienced litigator in Memphis, Tennessee, who has represented clients in legal matters including; divorce, breakups and child custody, family protection, misdemeanor criminal defense, and personal injury. Ms. Mackenzie received the Mid-South Peace and Justice Center's Community Peacemaker Award for the Advancement of Women, and in 1999, she received the prestigious Women of Achievement Award for Courage. She has been recognized by the 2010 Cambridge Who's Who Registry and was named to 2001's Fifty Women Who Make a Difference by Memphis Woman Magazine. Ms. Mackenzie is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Middle Tennessee State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
