December 20 - Nashville BRIAN DUNIGAN is an attorney in the Law Office of Michael D. Ponce & Associates, where he practices in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, workers' compensation and appellate practice. He is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Nashville Bar Association. Mr. Dunigan previously was a law clerk for Justice Adolpho A. December 21 - Memphis SCOTT VINCENT is an attorney with Leitner Williams Dooley & Napolitan PLLC. He primarily dedicates his practice to civil litigation and appeals in Tennessee State and Federal courts. Mr. Vincent has trial and litigation experience representingindividuals, businesses, and national corporations in a broad array of areas of the law, including product liability, professional liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and defense, worker's compensation, and general litigation and appeals.
