BRIAN DUNIGAN is an attorney in the Law Office of Michael D. Ponce & Associates, where he practices in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, workers' compensation and appellate practice. R. SCOTT VINCENT is a member to the law firm of Leitner Williams Dooley & Napolitan PLLC, where his main areas of practice include general civil litigation (primarily defense) with six years of experience in workers' compensation, professional liability, product liability, and insurance coverage and defense. Mr. Vincent is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.
