June 6 - Chattanooga JAMES R. KENNAMER is an attorney with the McMahan Law Firm. He is one of the most active civil plaintiff litigators in the area. Mr. Kennamer maintains and tries many jury trials in the tri-state area. He has actively practiced law for approximately 17 years. Mr. Kennamer handles a wide range of litigation including automobile and trucking accidents; workers' compensation; products liability; commercial and business torts; consumer protection claims; class action; Social Security claims; and other areas he finds of interest.
