December 7 - Memphis ANITA I. LOTZ is a member of the Memphis law firm of Farris Bobango PLC, where her areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate transactions, title law, foreclosures and financial institutions regulatory law. Ms. Lotz has spoken for various business and professional organizations on a variety of foreclosure and commercial lending issues. She is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American (member, Business Law Section) bar associations, and the Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Lotz earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Boston University. M. MATTHEW THORNTON is a member in the Memphis law firm of Bourland Heflin Alvarez Minor & Matthews PLC, where he practices in the areas of probate administration and real estate. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Mr. Thornton is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee bar associations. He is a past member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law, class of 2005. CAMPBELL is a partner in the Nashville law firm of Baker, Campbell & Parsons, where he practices in real estate law, real estate development and tax. Mr. Campbell was an adjunct professor in business law at the Massey Graduate School of Business for ten years. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Vanderbilt University, and his M.B.A. degree from the Massey Graduate School of Business. Mr. Campbell is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American bar associations. RALPH O. FRAZIER JR. is an attorney admitted to practice before all Tennessee state and federal trial courts. In 2007, Mr. Frazier joined with Bankers Title & Escrow Corporation to concentrate in the area of real estate and transactional law. He opened Bankers Title & Escrow Dickson LLC as a principal. Mr. Frazier is a published author of articles on probate law in the Nashville Bar Journal and has served on the editorial committee of that publication. Mr. Frazier earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin and his J.D. degree from Nashville School of Law. K. DAVID WADDELL is of counsel with the law firm of Baker Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC in the Nashville, Tennessee office. Mr. Waddell concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor's rights litigation, foreclosures, and recovery of personal property, collections, and title curative litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients before regulatory boards and administrative agencies in the areas of food safety, pricing, and licensure.
