November 17 - Nashville STEVEN G. FULLER is an attorney in the law firm of Stewart C. Stallings & Associates, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. Mr. Fuller is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. He has lectured to various groups in his areas of expertise. Mr. Fuller earned his B.S. degree from Austin Peay State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa, and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. ANDREW N. GRAMS is an attorney in the law firm of Stewart C. Stallings & Associates in Brentwood, Tennessee. His practice concentrates on general civil litigation, torts, construction law and insurance defense. Mr. Grams has been practicing law in middle Tennessee for more than ten years, where he has represented various clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court. He is admitted to practice before all Tennessee trial and appellate courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. November 18 - Knoxville J. SCOTT GRISWOLD is an attorney with Paine, Tarwater and Bickers, LLP, where he has devoted a significant portion of his practice to defending clients involved in product liability cases across the country. He has gained in-depth experience concerning expert witnesses and discovery management in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Griswold has handled cases involving consumer protection claims, challenges to trusts and estates, and lawsuits against health care providers. He also has considerable experience representing clients on appeal before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Griswold earned his B.B.A and B.S. degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He began his career clerking for Chief Justice William M. Barker of the Tennessee Supreme Court. He has written extensively on a number of diverse issues for legal journals. Mr. Griswold is a member of Nucleus Knoxville and the Knoxville Estate Planning Council. He also works with the local bar association's publication committee and young lawyer division, and often speaks on panels at the University of Tennessee College of Law. In 2010, the Tennessee Bar Association awarded him the Harris A. Gilbert Volunteer Attorney of the Year Award. GLEN B. RUTHERFORD is a partner in the Knoxville law firm of Slovis, Rutherford & Weinstein, where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, Social Security and negligence. He has been practicing law for 30 years and is a regular lecturer for National Business Institute on Social Security disability matters and civil procedure matters. Mr. Rutherford was recently recognized by City View magazine as one of Knoxville's top Social Security disability attorneys. He is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American bar associations. He earned his A.A. degree from Hiwassee Junior College and his B.S. and J.D. degrees from The University of Tennessee. JOSHUA R. WALKER is an attorney at Paine, Tarwater and Bickers, LLP, where he practices in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, toxic torts, commercial disputes, and general civil litigation. Mr. Walker earned his B.M. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association (Judicial and CLE committees), the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Association for Justice.
