HENRY D. FINCHER is a sole practitioner in Cookeville, Tennessee, focusing on civil trial and elder law matters, including estate administration and contested probate matters. Mr. Fincher is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a board certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a former state representative and a former judge for the City of Monterey, Tennessee. Mr. Fincher has previously lectured for National Business Institute and a variety of groups on elder law issues, and appears regularly as a legal commentator on local television and radio. Mr. Fincher is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Cookeville, Tennessee and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. J. BRYAN MOSELEY is a partner in the Nashville law firm of Moseley & Moseley, where his main areas of practice are civil litigation, premises liability and consumer protection. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury/auto injury topics for National Business Institute. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mr. Moseley is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Association for Justice.
