TIMOTHY A HOUSHOLDER is a member of the Knoxville law firm of Gilreath & Associates. He has focused his practice on the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, products liability litigation and workers’ compensation litigation since 2000. Mr. Housholder is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee bar associations, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, at the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree at Nashville School of Law. ROBERT M. STIVERS JR. is an attorney in Knoxville and is currently engaged in general civil litigation involving personal injury, medical malpractice defense, professional negligence defense, workers' compensation defense, construction disputes, and employer/employee issues. He represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. He is also a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator. Mr. Stivers has engaged in the practice of law since 1970 and has been elected as a fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Division of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Stivers is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee bar associations and the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. JOHN A. WILLIS is a member of the Clinton law firm of Fox & Farley, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation and products liability. He earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Willis is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Anderson County Bar Association (vice president, 2011; president-elect, 2012) and Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Willis is also a member of the Tennessee and American Associations for Justice. BRODERICK L. YOUNG is a partner at Arnett, Draper & Hagood, handling a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters on behalf of the firm's corporate and individual clients. Mr. Young's practice is devoted exclusively to civil litigation, with an emphasis on business litigation and professional liability defense. He has tried many cases in courts throughout the nine county region surrounding Knoxville, including jury trials which involved matters related to breach of contract, insurance defense, and personal injury. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Young has represented clients in matters ranging from business torts, employment discrimination, estate litigation, and products liability. He earned his B.A. degree at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Mr. Young is a member of the Knoxville, (currently serves as a member of the Judicial Committee) Tennessee and American bar associations.
