JOHN B. ALLYN is currently general counsel of the Tennessee Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance. He retired as vice president, general counsel and secretary from PGC Holdings Corp., a Tennessee based automobile insurance company. Mr. Allyn has defended many automobile accident cases across Tennessee and has extensive experience trying automobile insurance coverage matters. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Vanderbilt University. CARSON W. BECK is a partner in the Nashville firm of Beck & Beck Attorneys at Law, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are workers' compensation, personal injury and discrimination. He is a licensed contractor and real estate appraiser, a real estate affiliate broker, and a former instructor at Peoples Law School. Mr. Beck has spoken on uninsured and underinsured motorist law and achieving favorable settlements. He is a certified trial specialist certified by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Education and Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Beck is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Association for Justice and The American Association for Justice. He earned his B.B.S. degree from Belmont University and his J.D. degree from Nashville School of Law.
