December 10 - Nashville PATRICIA P. KRYDER is an attorney with the Nashville law firm of King & Ballow, where she works in the areas of estate planning, tax and general business law. She was previously of counsel to the law firm of Heiskell, Donelson, Bearman, Adams, Williams & Kirsch, and a partner with Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, both in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Kryder is admitted to practice in Florida, Tennessee and the District of Columbia. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Denison University, her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law and her L.L.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida Graduate Tax Program. RALPH Z. LEVY JR. is of counsel with Dickinson Wright PLLC, where his areas of practice include entity formation and operation, entrepreneurial business services, estate planning and family succession planning, health enterprises and transactions, and tax planning and controversies. NEAL GRAHAM is a member of the Memphis firm of Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC, and focuses his legal practice on corporate, tax and regulatory issues applicable to business transactions. He has extensive experience in representing nonprofit hospitals, physicians and other healthcare entities in connection with various types of legal issues. Mr. Graham also assists for-profit entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and the issuance of equity and debt securities. Mr. Graham earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi, and his LL.M. degree from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi School of Accountancy and School of Law. Mr. Graham also has served as a frequent lecturer at various seminars on health care, corporate and tax related topics. DEBRA A. WILES is a member of Burch, Porter & Johnson PLLC, where she practices in the areas of business transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance, securities and real estate transactions. Ms. Wiles represents clients on municipal law issues and in connection with estate planning and probate matters. She also is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Wiles served for seven years as Vice President and Controller for a wholesale and retail distribution firm, and has held accounting positions with other businesses specializing in financial products and related services for several years. She earned her B.B.A. and J.D., magna cum laude, degrees from the University of Memphis. Ms. Wiles is a member of the Tennessee, Memphis, and American bar associations, as well as the Association for Women Attorneys. PRESTON WILSON is a founding member of Gotten, Wilson, Savory & Beard, PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, business organizations and bankruptcy. His extensive experience in consumer and business bankruptcy law enhances his estate planning and business law expertise by giving him greater insight into asset protection strategies, a major concern of many estate planning and business clients.
