ANDREW C. CLARKE is the principle of the Law Offices of Andrew C. Clarke in Memphis. He has focused his practice on plaintiff's personal injury, civil rights, constitutional law, medical malpractice and workers' compensation. Mr. Clarke is a member of the Solutions to the Tragedies of Police Pursuits and the National Police Accountability Project. DEBRA L. FESSENDEN serves as an Assistant County Attorney for the Shelby County Attorney's Office and is assigned to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. Prior to her current position, she practiced law in Memphis representing defendants in civil rights actions including the Memphis Police Association. Ms. Fessenden is an instructor of Civil Rights Liability at the Shelby County Sherriff's Departments Training Academy. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Memphis and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.

THOMAS R. GREER is a partner of Bailey & Greer, PLLC, a law firm in Memphis. He focuses his practice on plaintiff personal injury, civil rights, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, professional liability, products liability and torts. Mr. Greer is a member of the National Police Accountability Project, the American Association for Justice and the Tennessee Association for Justice.
