ANDREW C. CLARKE is the principle of the Law Offices of Andrew C. Clarke in Memphis. He has focused his practice on plaintiff's personal injury, civil rights, constitutional law, medical malpractice and workers' compensation. Mr. Clarke is a member of the Solutions to the Tragedies of Police Pursuits and the National Police Accountability Project. He earned his B.A. degree from Davidson College, his M.S. degree from Florida International University and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law. Mr. Clarke also is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, where he is the National Chairman of the Civil Rights Section. DEBRA L. FESSENDEN serves as an Assistant County Attorney for the Shelby County Attorney's Office and is assigned to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. Prior to her current position, she practiced law in Memphis representing defendants in civil rights actions including the Memphis Police Association. Ms. Fessenden is an instructor of Civil Rights Liability at the Shelby County Sherriff's Departments Training Academy. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Memphis and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law. THOMAS R. GREER is a partner of Bailey & Greer, PLLC, a law firm in Memphis. He focuses his practice on plaintiff personal injury, civil rights, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, professional liability, products liability and torts. Mr. Greer is a member of the National Police Accountability Project, the American Association for Justice and the Tennessee Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tennessee Technological University, International Studies at the University of Sunderland, in Sunderland, England, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, University of Memphis. HENRY L. KLEIN is of counsel to the Memphis law firm of Apperson, Crump & Maxwell, PLC. He has focused his practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation since 1960. Mr. Klein had previously served as a Senior Staff Attorney for the city of Memphis and is currently serving as outside counsel for the city of Memphis. He is a fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation, the Memphis Bar Foundation and the Lawyers Journal Club. He earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his LL.B. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
